David B. Anthony

David is an experienced attorney working with families and seniors to understand and implement estate planning and long-term care planning. Licensed in Ohio and Indiana, David is happy to be member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and serve on the board of the Indiana Chapter, volunteer with and serve on the board of the Long Term Care Ombudsman program for Northeast Indiana, serve on the board of the Fort Wayne Estate Planning Council, and the board of the Wells County Council on Aging. David also volunteers with the Volunteer Lawyer Program of Northeast Indiana, helping with their pro bono guardianship program.

David regularly speaks at local nursing home facilities, charitable organizations, nursing homes, and presents CLE lectures for the National Business Institute on topics related to estate planning, Medicaid and long-term care planning, guardianships, and related matters.

Growing up in nearby Archbold, Ohio, David and his wife, a Fort Wayne native, live on the southwest side of Fort Wayne with their delightfully geriatric dogs, all of whom enjoy hanging out in the yard while David tends to a garden that mostly benefits the local squirrels and chipmunks.

David is an associate at Burt Blee Dixon Sutton and Bloom, P.C., a full-service law firm serving the Fort Wayne community since the 1920s. In addition to estate planning and long-term care planning, David works with families on their estate administration, guardianships, LLC matters, real estate transactions, and succession planning.
