David B. Anthony Elected Partner

The firm is pleased to announce that David B. Anthony has been elected Partner effective January 1, 2026. David has built a strong practice through consistent client service, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach to his work.

Practice Focus and Client Impact

David is licensed in both Indiana and Ohio and works closely with families and seniors on estate planning, elder law, Medicaid planning, long term care planning, guardianships, succession planning, estate administration, and related matters. David strives to make complex situations understandable and manageable to ensure his clients can make informed decisions and move forward with confidence.

Leadership and Community Involvement

In addition to his legal practice, David is actively involved in professional and community organizations, including serving on the boards of the Indiana Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Fort Wayne Estate Planning Council, the Wells County Council on Aging, and the Northeast Indiana Long Term Care Ombudsman. He also volunteers with the Volunteer Lawyer Program of Northeast Indiana, supporting pro bono guardianship efforts. David is also an active member in the Ohio National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Elder Law sections of the Ohio and Indiana Bar Associations, and he also presents on his areas of expertise with local organizations and the National Business Institute for professional continuing education events.
