Timothy L. Claxton

Timothy Claxton is a seasoned attorney and partner at Burt Blee, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate, business, banking, and estate planning and administration. Within extensive experience in business acquisitions, real estate transactions, loan documentation and estate matters. Tim provides strategic counsel to individuals, businesses and financial institutions across Indiana. Known for his practical approach, Tim helps clients navigate complex transactions.

Outside of the firm, Tim is actively involved with his family and in the Fort Wayne community. He is the Secretary and Director of Stavreti Scholarship, Inc., a Director for State Bank and Trust, and an active member of the Volunteer Lawyers Program.
