Madison M. Heiney

Madison M. Heiney is an associate with Burt Blee and focuses her practice in the areas of commercial litigation, civil litigation, and collections. After graduating from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, Madison decided to return to her hometown to practice law.
While in law school, Madison interned at Wardyński i Wspólnicy sp.k, an international Polish firm, assisting with human rights cases during the summer of her second year of law school, was a Note’s Editor for the Indiana Journal of Law and Social Equality, had her Note published in Volume 11, Issue 2, and spent two years mentoring two groups of incoming students. She received an additional certificate in Information Privacy Law and Policy in addition to her J.D.. Also, while in law school, Madison volunteered at the Inmate Legal Assistance Program for three years and the Protective Order Project for two years, and was the President of the Labor and Employment Law Society during her second year.

In her free time she enjoys hiking, traveling, and watching sports - specifically the Indiana Hoosiers.
