Jeffrey A. Clark

Jeffrey A. Clark is a partner at Burt Blee and previously served as the firm’s Managing Partner from 2019–2024. Before leading the firm, he chaired the litigation section, guiding complex cases with steady leadership and a deep commitment to excellence.

For nearly 30 years, Jeff has dedicated his practice to standing up for Hoosiers and their families during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. He represents individuals affected by car wrecks, semi-tractor trailer collisions, motorcycle accidents, wrongful death, pedestrian injuries, premises liability claims, dog bites, and industrial accidents. Known for his compassion and personalized approach, Jeff understands that behind every case is a family searching for answers, accountability, and a path forward.

Jeff’s strength lies not only in his courtroom advocacy, but also in his ability to break down complex legal matters into clear, understandable guidance. Clients value his thorough preparation, attention to detail, and steady presence—qualities that help them feel confident and supported throughout the legal process.

Before beginning his legal career, Jeff served as an Indianapolis Police Officer and later as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Nancy Eshcoff Boyer in the Allen County Superior Court.

Jeff earned his Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University in Bloomington and his Juris Doctor from Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis.

Active in the legal and local community, Jeff is a member of the Allen County Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association, American Bar Association, and the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association. He was honored as Allen County Pro Bono Attorney of the Year in 2011.

Throughout his career, Jeff has remained guided by a simple principle: treat every client with respect, compassion, and unwavering advocacy.
