Renee Bloom is a partner in Burt Blee’s real estate, corporate and estate planning practice groups. She focuses her practice on both residential and commercial real estate acquisitions and sales, providing a broad range of services for clients including closings, title insurance, and 1031 like-kind exchanges. Renee regularly represents and advises clients in the formation of business entities, the sale of their assets and stock, and succession planning. Renee also assists clients in the preparation of estate plans which includes the creation of basic wills as well as complex trusts and administration of estates.
