Renee Bloom is a partner in Burt Blee’s real estate, corporate, and estate planning practice groups. She focuses her practice on both residential and commercial real estate acquisitions and sales, advising clients through each stage of the transaction process. Her work includes closings, title insurance, and 1031 like kind exchanges, giving clients practical guidance on important property and business decisions.

Renee also represents clients in the formation of business entities, the sale of assets and stock, and succession planning. Her corporate practice supports business owners as they plan for growth, transition ownership, or prepare for the future of their company. In her estate planning practice, Renee assists individuals and families with the preparation of estate plans, including basic wills, complex trusts, and estate administration.

Admitted to practice in Indiana, the Northern District of Indiana, and the Southern District of Indiana, Renee brings a steady, detail oriented approach to transactional and planning matters. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University in 1998 and her Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University’s Claude W. Pettit College of Law in 2002. Renee is also a member of the Allen County Bar Association and the Indiana Bar Association.
